Cal Spread Option Playbook Guide – College Football 25

The Cal playbook in College Football 25 is one of the more deceiving playbooks in the game. EA calls it a Veer and Shoot playbook, but it’s definitely not with no Gun Wide sets to be seen. Instead, it’s a spread option playbook at its core with plenty of option plays with a mix of Read, Triple, Speed, Shovel, and Zone Option. Since most of the playbook contains spread shotgun sets, I call this a spread option offense. This video breaks it all down. A very fun playbook to sink your teeth into.
