I was asked recently which playbooks in College Football 27 have the most 2-back formations. As you see below, Colorado has a ton, the most in fact, but that is because they run the Go Go offense which heavily relies on them.

But what about other playbooks? Below is the list. These numbers were calculated by simply adding up all 20, 21, 22, and 23 personnel formations. Notice how the Go Go and Option/Spread Option playbooks are at the top. This should be no surprise. Some of the higher Pistol playbooks are listed too. Good luck finding a pass-happy playbook with plenty of 2-back formations although you don’t need many to be successful. I’m partial to the Pro Style/Multiple books.
