I’m a Tennessee fan so I may be biased, but the Tennessee playbook is the best Veer & Shoot playbook in College Football 27. Below are the top formations and concepts I suggest you learn first to get a feel of the base offense. This is a Veer & Shoot playbook, but it has a nice amount of non-wide formations too which I also included a few.
I suggest you pick 4-5 formations that fit your current roster (my favorites) and/or around 10 concepts from various groups (Run, Quick Pass, Deep Pass, etc.) that you feel comfortable with. Use the video for reference.
