NCAA Football 07 can be considered a missed opportunity. NCAA 06 is considered the best of the bunch, and EA could have made it better with 07.
In some aspects they did such as improved playbooks, adding a spring game, and other smaller dynasty improvements.
But as we all know, gameplay got worse with the inclusion of things like the momentum meter and jump the snap.
You have to pick your poision in what you can tolerate the most with these games.
This video gives an overview of the game although I feel my opinions have changed on it since then. I don’t consider this a review per se but a rough guidance on what 07 has.
It still helps to play it enough for yourself to see if you like it though.
