One of my proud creations is the Power Shoot Offense. It is a concoction of the Run and Shoot with a focus on tight ends.
The original Run and Shoot is an offense dedicated to four wide receivers. There is nothing wrong with that, but the ability to be more flexible with your personnel goes a long way with me.
This offense uses a lot of motion too which gives it the same old school Run and Shoot feel.
